the breakfast offered many choices and was of excellent quality. the staff members were friendly and always smiling, which i appreciated. i found the grounds beautifully landscaped with many bird of paradise flowers.
my room had a kettle but i would have preferred a coffee machine. water was not included with the half board dinner and cost extra. the food at the dinner buffet was not labelled, a potential issue with allergies.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. I found something for everyone (especially the omelets). Staff members were really friendly and cute. They did their best to. I appreciated the clean and tidy environment throughout the entire resort. The fine pool area also stood out, with a relaxing space for everyone.

There are several pools available, each with plenty of sun loungers to use. A walking path runs for kilometers along the beach, offering scenic routes for exercise. The hotel also provides a spa with services like hammam.

The reception team offered a warm welcome upon arrival, serving Moroccan tea and biscuits. Restaurant staff offered great recommendations for food and wine. The staff at the pool provided drinks and other services to guests relaxing nearby.

Fantastic stay

I enjoyed a few nights here. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options, from traditional Moroccan dishes to continental favorites. The hotel features two restaurants Imim and Anaw plus two bars. Mo and Kamal from the concierge team provided helpful tips and booked tours. The hamam and full body massage were excellent.
The availability of some menu options at Anaw was limited. MANY options listed were not actually available.

The housekeeping team was polite. They were smiling and saying Hi at every opportunity. The reception team was cute and offered Moroccan tea. Hamza kept our drinks topped up at the pool. That was a plus.

The hotel has two restaurants, each with a distinct cuisine. Imim offered Moroccan cuisine and Anaw featured Mediterranean cuisine. There are two bars. Suave is the Beach Bar and the other is at Anaw.

The hotel is RIGHT by the beach. That was a big plus. It made beach access very convenient. The short walkways from the room led directly to the beach, which I found great.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered excellent choice each morning. The room provided an even better view than expected and was spacious. I appreciated the cleanliness observed across all areas of the hotel.
The service at one restaurant was a little slow, I did have to wait longer than expected for my order.

The pool area includes several pools with plenty of sun loungers. There is a walking path that runs for kilometers along the beach. The spa offers great services, especially the hammam, for relaxation.

I appreciated the four outdoor pools available. One indoor pool was also available. A private beach area is a nice perk of this resort. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I especially liked the bird of paradise flowers. I found the staff to be friendly and always cleaning.
I would have liked a coffee machine in the room instead of just a kettle.

The room included a large king bed with fresh linen. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I had sufficient storage for my clothes and personal items. This helped keep the room uncluttered.
